Mountain View Summer Camp’s Staff-in-Training (SIT) program is where future leaders are forged! Our SIT program is an incredible opportunity to grow as a servant leader, deepen your faith, and build confidence. If you’ve completed grade 10, 11, or 12 and dream of working at camp in the future, the SIT program could be your next step. This program not only prepares you for camp roles but also provides valuable experience for your first job and fulfills school volunteer requirements.
Employers value experience, and participating in the SIT program gives you a competitive edge. Your initiative and evaluation during the program will set you apart from other applicants, building your resume and enhancing your future opportunities.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
The SIT program offers flexible options for one, two, or three weeks
AVAILABLE WEEKS:
Blind Camp: June 28 – July 2, 2026
Kids Camp I: July 5 – July 10, 2026
Teen Camp: August 2 – August 9, 2026
PROGRAM COSTS:
One Week: $375
Two Weeks: $750 (includes Youth Camp as a Camper for free)
Three Weeks: $1,125 (includes Youth Camp as a Camper for free)
